With August firmly in our rear view mirror, it’s time to reflect, review and contemplate on the milestones we’ve reached as well as the milestones we want to achieve. The last summer month saw the entire company getting together in what we called the End of Summer Party. Thinking back, the name might actually be too rudimentary.

This get-together was so much more than a fun party. The event was an illustration of all the intangibles that make this group of people produce at a high level and enjoy themselves while doing it.

The word culture gets thrown around corporate boardrooms all the time but what does it actually mean? For BDSwiss, culture is an environment where people can be themselves, feel at home, can grow as individuals and professionals, and can create meaningful, life-long relationships. That’s exactly what the End of Summer Party was all about. A community of people that are tied together by bonds deeper than any professional term could ever describe.

Thank you to everyone who attended and to everyone who made this possible. These get-togethers are a reminder of who we are as a company and we will do everything in our power to safeguard and amplify it. Until next time!
